Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of UX Connection, operated by Apex Attributions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

UX Connection is a causal attribution platform that helps UX teams measure and demonstrate the business impact of their work. Our services include:

• Integration with analytics, design, and development tools
• Attribution analysis using causal inference methods
• Dashboards and reporting for UX impact measurement
• Market intelligence and benchmarking data

To use UX Connection, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Free trials

Free trial users receive limited features as described on our pricing page. No credit card is required for the free trial. We may modify or discontinue free trials at any time.

Founding Member pricing

Founding Member pricing is locked for the lifetime of continuous subscription. If a Founding Member cancels and later resubscribes, standard pricing will apply.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

Third-party integrations

UX Connection connects to third-party services (Google Analytics, Figma, etc.) via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining valid authorization with these services. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or services.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you provide to UX Connection. By using the service, you grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services.

Data accuracy

Attribution results depend on the accuracy and completeness of integrated data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of attribution calculations and recommend using results as one input among many in business decisions.

Our property

UX Connection, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Apex Attributions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

Your content

You retain rights to content you create or upload. By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the service.

We will treat your data as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

Enterprise customers may request a mutual NDA for additional confidentiality protections.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APEX ATTRIBUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Attributions LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to us or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure, except as required by law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely.
